I feel like he really gets me, Mark as made me address and accept issues I was almost unaware I had. I feel like the time and support he's giving me is really helping me recognise the new me.

The care and attention in A&E on Wednesday night (25th March) was fantastic! the nurses were cheerful and helpful, Mel and her team deserve great praise for their work under enormous pressure? Dr Ong (sorry if the name is not quite right) was lovely, so caring and compassionate, explaining everything and showing obvious empathy. Thank you all so much.

Thanks to Dr Amr Eldahshan and members of the Team in Endoscopy Unit providing Gastroscopy. Lot of care and explanation to a nervous patient. Real kindness from Wendy (hope I've recalled latter correctly)
